Why jQuery?
Today Eric Meyer twittered a question how to count values from column in the XHTML table. I wrote a simple script in jQuery in 20 seconds, but he needed JavaScript version. After a minute or so I sent pure JS snippet. I don’t know how Eric wants to use this code – but if he just wants this calculated, jQuery is far superior. Why? If one image is worth a thousand words, I’ve just saved 2k of them.
